For some time, I have been looking for a mobile game that I can play with my daughter and it is short enough to keep her from getting bored too soon, yet it is challenging to keep me interested.

I have downloaded several games but they don't fit my criteria, they are either too easy or my toddler daughter gets bored too soon. So my daughter and I come up with something that we both like.

Marble Frenzy is about clearing the marbles off the screen before the time runs out by touching the button with correct color in sequence. It is actually very simple, but sometimes it is difficult to explain how to play this to preschool children, now that is where you step in.

This is how I use this game to spend time with my daughter. First, despite of the simplicity, I explain to my daughter how to play it. I usually pick a button and my daughter picks the other button and we press the buttons in turn. Then when she gets used to it, I am playing by just talking about the colors. It is useful to teach about color, reflex and hand eye coordination. Not to mention the quality time spent together. It is amazing to see her reaction when she is touching the big colorful buttons and then something happens on the screen.

This is a short and simple game, it will take a while before toddlers get bored playing this game and they love the colorful objects on the screen

At first I am not planning to publicize this game and use it only personally. At that time I thought the game was too simple and I don't think many people will want to play it. But seeing how my daughter loves it, I think maybe there are other kids out there that also loves some simple games, after all it is often that the simple solution is the best solution
